A table full of top players: we have found the perfect partner for Brita in top chef Berhard Reiser. Rainer Schmid from Brita met the gourmet recently at his restaurant. Elke Klukowsky, editor at professional journal First Class, was also there. So we served up the groundwork for a report on the use of water filters in the catering industry.

Choosing the hard water capital of Germany - Wurzburg - as the location for our little get-together was a no-brainer. But who could we select as partners to measure up to Brita's high expectations? During the meeting, which we had planned down to the smallest detail, it was soon clear that we had two experts of equal standing sitting at the table. One represents the market leader in water filters, the other stands for indulgence at the highest level. And we sat next to them and thought: nicely dovetailed!
