BRITA exclusive coverage: A visit to Vienna’s coffee guruCoffee and Vienna is like Pizza and Italy – both are intrinsically tied to each other. In the local coffee museum you can learn everything about Vienna’s coffee houses and their culture. The museum is run by Edmund Mayr since 2003 and he knows everything about coffee – and the importance of filtered water for a perfect taste and pleasure.Mayr regularly hosts seminars and workshops about coffee in his museum. Our PR colleague Erika Maier attended one of those workshops. In co-operation with the B&L publication “Kaffee und Co.” she’s preparing an exclusive coverage about BRITA and their importance for Vienna’s coffee culture. Moreover, our PR colleagues will work on a manual („E. Mayrs Wiener Kaffee Kultur. Das kompakte Wissen für jeden Kaffeefreund). As Mayr is absolutely committed to BRITA filters, he will devote a chapter of his book to this issue and this chapter will be written by our team. |
