My favourite dish
I love Asian cuisine straight from the WOK – I
like the spontaneity of it - no recipe to follow, just
a mixture of chicken, vegetables, various Asian
spices, such as ginger, citronella, cardamom
curry, chilli, etc. - and feel free to make it a little spicy! I also
often use peanut butter, mango chutney, coconut milk
and the essential finishing touch - roasted sesame! Mmm delicious ... and it's
different every time – depending on the order of the day
I like listening to
Good female singers, pop, e.g. Christina Aguilera,
Shakira and the legendary Barbra Streisand.
I like reading
Detective stories and autobiographies, but
my absolute favourite are audio books with a historical background
I am currently preoccupied with
historical subject matter, which is interesting me more and more lately (it was very
different at school, I can tell you!) I am also really into
autobiographical topics, lifestyles, etc.
And it doesn't have to be someone famous
I'm just interested in different ways of life and viewpoints, etc.
And another thing ...
Hmm, I'm not really a morning person
I need a while to get going But by the time I reach the agency
I'm up and running and ready to
face the day's challenges
