I drink my coffee

I only add milk in the morning, I like an espresso
after a meal, and during the day, I drink herb tea (primarily in winter).

My favourite dish

Kirschenmännle (a sort of bread and butter pudding with cherries) with lots of cinnamon,
a pinch of cayenne pepper, and sprinkled with loads of chopped
almonds and butter.

I like listening to

Nothing specific, as I hardly listen to any music at the moment.
Only when I'm mucking out the stables - and then I listen to Bayern3.
Otherwise, I love Robbie Williams and 80's music.

I am currently preoccupied with

optimum pasture management
so that my horses have nice tasty meadows to graze on. I am also interested in Asia, but unfortunately I don't get to go there
much any more because of my dog.
