Summer has arrived! Or so we thought ...
Optimistically, we set out for Ochsenfurt/Hohestadt in response to the warm invitation extended by the management - not forgetting salads, husbands, wives, partners, dogs and children. Just for a change, this was an event where our families were also able to join in the fun. We spent a relaxed afternoon barbecuing, getting to know one another, playing, drinking, nattering and looking for the answers to life's all-important questions:
Who belongs to who? What – they've got kids already? Who's going to be the first to fall into the pond? Any more of that chocolate mousse???
The evening ended somewhat abruptly. As we said, we thought summer had arrived. But at around 10 pm, the heavens opened proving that this wasn't quite the case. But we still had a great time.
So thanks again for the invitation! We look forward to the next do. How about moser bakes a cake in December 2007?
