The official title for 09.07.07 was: A day in the life of Mr Schmid.
And just who is Mr Schmid you may be asking? He is the BRITA South West Regional Manager for Professional Products. And he was foolhardy enough to declare himself willing to take Sabine "on the road" for a day. This covered coffee machine wholesalers, various vending operators and, at the end of the day, even included a water analysis. And Mr Schmid was a very busy man: he offered advice and introduced, explained and demonstrated new products.
The aim of the exercise was to give an insight into the activities of a field worker and allow Sabine to experience it "live". This "insider knowledge" helps us to offer opportunities and generate supportive measures that enable customers "out in the field" to conduct themselves even more professionally. And at this point we would like to thank Mr Schmid once again for his patience, the many answers and the very enjoyable spin!
